Conflict and Amalgamation: the Landscape Design for the Recreation Area of West Lake Park,Chaozhou

景观中通常存在着相互独立或者冲突的元素,诸如东西方观念碰撞、空间开合的对立、功能的冲突等。本文以潮州西湖公园内休闲体育区域的景观规划为例,指出只要根据立地条件及规划理念,抓住主要特征,有主有次,即能使这些元素由冲突的对立达到融合的统一,形成一种独特的景观,散发迷人魅力。

The process of landscape design often exists many elements which are independence and conflict each other, such as orient and occident＇s conception, the space＇s opening and closing, the conflict of functions. The paper analyzed a landscape design for the recreation area of Chaozhou process of design, if we grasp major characters, distinguish primary fliction elements. So a kind of inimitable landscape will take on in West Lake Park. Then, it pointed out, in the and secondary, we could inosculate those conour presence.
