It was contradictory in theory and practice that market economic solved the problem of enviromental harm and resource utilization. For revealing the cause of the contradictory, this atiele analyzed and discussed the issue of environmental, resource and market in market economic with defeat,interests of social and one＇s person, relations of the enviroment, resource, population and economic growth, change of technology in resource exploitation,and then it put forward a view point that the legal form was more effect than market form in solving the problem of enviromental and resource.
