摘要
应用扫描电镜和冷冻蚀刻电镜法观察了体外培养中LAK细胞及对Raji瘤细胞的杀伤攻击现象。文中首先描述了LAK细胞及Raji瘤细胞的超微形态,并重点探讨了对瘤细胞的杀伤效应。作者认为杀伤过程可分为两步:第一步系LAK细胞主动性识别靠拢和贴附包围瘤细胞,第二步系攻击效应,攻击杀伤时主要表现为LAK细胞以胞吐分泌方式对靶细胞进行穿凿性降解,导致靶细胞胞体空洞形成或贯通性损伤,最终引起靶细胞胞浆外泄而死。作者还就上述过程进行了讨论。
SEM\ and freeze-etching electron microscopic techniques were applied to observe LAK cell in vitro and its attacking and killing effect on Raji oncocyte. The ultrastructure of LAK cell and Raji oncocyte was characterized with emphasis on LAK cell’s killing effect . The authors suggested the killing process divided into two steps: in the first step, LAK cell actively recognizes, attaches and encapsulates the oncocyte; in the second step, it is attacking effect, LAK cell mainly develops a piercing degradation on the target cell by exocytosis secretion, resulting in cavitation or perforating injury of the target cell and finally death of the target cell. The above process is also discussed.
