摘要
目的对该菌种进行紫外线及酪氨酸突变和抗自身代谢物诱变筛选。方法利福霉素菌种03-C3经过紫外线照射150S后涂布于0.2%酪氨酸平面上得到中间突变菌株在含利福霉素4000u/ml平面上进行耐药处理。结果处理后的突变株进行自然分离得到高产稳产的利福霉素生产菌种0606-C16,比原菌种发酵单位提高了2000u/ml。结论此法为工业化生产提高发酵单位,增加企业经济效益提供了可靠的理论依据。
Objective:Carries on the ultraviolet ray and the tyrosine sudden ehangement and the anti-own metabolism variety to this mold mushroom spawn. Methods: Rifamycin mold mushroom spawn 03--C3 after the ultraviolet ray to 150S and then spreads in 0.2% tyrosine plane and obtains the variety strain. Results: The processed variety strain carries on the nature separation to obtain the high and stable production rifamycin production fungus 0606--C16, and enhance 2000u/ml compared to the original mold mushroom spawn fermentation unit, Conclutions: This mathed for the industrial production enhancement fermentation unit and the increase enterprise economic efficiency has provided the reliable theory basis.
