Our party combines Marxist basic principles with Chinese practice to form Deng Xiaoping＂ theory, the important thought of ＂Three-represent＂ and the concept of scientific development. Emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts and advancing along with the times have brought about the three theoretical achievements full of creativeness. Innovation is their common essence.
