六味地黄丸对肾脏近曲小管超微结构作用的定量研究

Quantitative Ultrastructure Study on Pharmaceutical Effect of Liuwei Dihuangwan

六味地黄丸具有滋阴补血,强壮身体的功能。对服用六味地黄丸的大鼠肾近曲小管上皮细胞用透射电镜技术、电脑图像分析技术和立体学方法定量计算溶酶体的形态参数后发现:(1)服用六味地黄丸后细胞生成溶酶体的速度明显加快,溶酶体的个数比对照组增多57%,单位细胞体积内溶酶体的表面积比增大;(2)服药后细咆内溶酶体占细胞体积的百分比与对照组接近,不受服药的影响。由于上述(1)使溶酶体在胞浆内的个体密度以及表面积增加,从而提高了细胞的解毒速度并改善了肾功能。

Pharmaceutical effect of Liuwei Dihuangwan on protection of kidney has been studied by TEM and stereology aided by computer image analysis system. The result shows that the number of lysosome in proximal convoluted tubule of renal cortex in test specimen is 57% as many as that of nor real specimen. The volume of lysosome per unit cell volume between test and normal specimen is the same. This drug has no side-effect to cause excessive increment of volume for lysosome. The density of lysosome and the surface area of lysosome per unit cell voloume is increased upon 24.3% after tak ing drug. All these may strengthen the immunity of the cells. The effect of Liuwei Dihuangwan en hances the development of lysosome and helps the resistance of cell of damage of noxiousness.
