The content of ursolic acid from Huoxuezhitong infusion was examined. The sample wavelength was 680 nm and the reference wavelength was 400 nm,S_x=3, and the slit was 1.2 mm×1.2ram. This standard curve was linear within the range of 0.125～0.75μg and correlation coefficient was 0.9993. The avrerage recovery was 98.6% (n=4). The accuracy of the method was 1.9% (n=8) and the repeatability was 2.6% (n=5). This rapid, simple, sensitive and specific method is suitable for quality control of this product.
