格列齐特胶囊的紫外分光光度法测定

格列齐特化学名称为1-[3-氮杂双环(3.3.0)辛基]-3-对甲苯磺酰脲,是第二代口服磺脲类降血糖药。在卫生部批准的新药标准中,原料药及胶囊剂的含量测定方法均采用非水溶液电位滴定法。本文采用紫外分光光度法,测定了格列齐特胶囊的含量,操作简便、快速、灵敏,结果满意。 1 仪器与试药 1.1 仪器岛津UV-265紫外分光光度计。 1.2 药品格列齐特对照品(含量99.6%,由原料药精制而成)、格列齐特胶囊、乳糖、淀粉、硬脂酸镁等均由浙江穗轮药业有限公司提供;95%乙醇为分析纯。 2 实验部分 2.1 测定条件的选择 2.1.1 紫外吸收光谱精密称取格列齐特对照品适量。

This paper reports the ultraviolet spectrophotometry of Gliclazide in Capsule. The method is sensitive and rapid. There is a linear correlation in the range 6～16μg/ml(r=0.9999), the coefficient of variation is less than 1.0% (n-6) and the average recovery is 100.5%.
