深部静脉血栓与凝血因子V基因突变的关系 被引量:3

摘要 凝血因子V基因突变1691(G→A)有对抗凝血系统中的一种血浆活性蛋白C的促失活作用耐受性增强,从而使血栓形成的风险增大。我们检测了46例深部静脉血栓患者的凝血因子V基因型,结果发现:其中7例系突变基因携带者,突变基因频率为0.0761;另检测53例作正常对照组,仅发现1例系突变基因携带者,突变基因频率为0.0094。携带突变基因1691A对深部静脉血栓的相对危险性显著增大(P<0.05)。认为凝血因子V基因突变1691(G→A)是静脉血栓的主要风险因子之一。 Asinglepointgenemutation1691(G-A)incoagulationfactorVleadsitsresistantef-fecttoinactivationbyAPC(activeproteinC)oftheanticoagulationsystem,andincreasingthrom-boticrisk.Thegenemutation1691Awasexaminedin46casesofthrombosisofdeepveinand53nor-malindividualsforcontrolgroups.Theresultshowsthat7caseswerecariersofgenemutationincoagulationfactorVandthemutationfrequencewas0.0761in46casesofthethrombosisofdeepvein;1onecasewascarierandthemutationfrequencewas0.0094inthecontrolgroup.TherisktoformvenousthrombosiswassignificantlyincreasedincariersofgenemutationincoagulationfactorV,comparingwiththecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ThegenemutationinfactorVisoneofthemainriskfactorsforthrombosisformation.
