Moral Capital:The New Visual Field of Harmonious Community Construction

在努力推进和谐社区建设的进程中,需要发挥道德的协调作用、整合作用和道德的支撑作用。推进和谐社区建设,加强道德资本建设具有特殊重要意义。道德资本是和谐社区的内在尺度,是社会主义和谐社会发展的重要动力。推进和谐社区建设,需要加强道德资本建设:加强社区思想道德文化建设,扩充道德资本的内涵;以社会主义价值观为指导,突出道德资本的性质;促进社区治理创新,彰显道德资本的价值。

During the course of the harmonious community constuction, it is necessary to exert the coordination function, integration function, prop-up function of the morals. It is of great importance to pushing forward harmonious community construction, and strengthening the moral capital. The moral capital is the inside dimensions of the harmonious community and also an important social motive of the harmonious community development. To push forward harmonious community construction,we need to strengthen moral capital construction： the cultural and moral construction in community to strengthening enlarge the content of the moral capital ;taking the socialist values as the guide to raise the quality of moral capital; innovating the community management to show the value of the moral capital.
