大鼠丘脑皮质路发育过程中神经粘蛋白与细胞粘着因子L_1的发现

摘要 应用免疫组织化学的方法观察了胚胎大鼠(14~18d)丘脑皮质路发育过程中神经粘蛋白(neurocan)与细胞粘着因子L1的局部定位,15~17d,阳性反应物主要存在于皮质下层神经元。18d后从中间带经皮质下层扩至皮质层。而细胞粘着因子L1阳性纤维于同一时期出现于皮质下层至皮质层下部。应用连续切片观察二者局部定位发现,在阳性L1纤维投射路有神经粘蛋白反应物。 he localization of the neurocan and tbe cell adhesion molecules L1 were studied in the cerebral cor-tex of the embryo rat by the immunohistochemistry method.From 15 to 17 of embryo,the positive neu-rons were localized in the subplate. After 18,the positive product was seen from the intermediate zoneand subplate to the cortical plate;The positive immunoreactive product of the cell adhesion molecules L1was observed in the thalamocortical tract of the intermediate zone in the sametime reacked and the sub-plate to the cortical plate.On the serial sections, the positive products of neurOcan and L1 were colocal-ized in the thalamocortical tract of the embryonic rat.
