随着国民经济快速发展,公路的城镇街道化现象也日益凸显,如何既促进地方经济发展,又保障公路快捷畅通,是摆在我们面前的重要课题,通过对集镇规划与路政管理在现实与法规方面存在的矛盾进行分析,指出这一问题的不良后果,提出解决措施。

With the rapid development of national economy, the phenomenon of highway streetization is increasingly seen. How to develop local economy and ensure flowing highway is an important issue before us. It analyzes the contradiction between reality and regalation concerning market town plan and road administration, points out the negative consequences and puts forward the countermeasures.
