摘要
一个地区公路基本建设管理体制的好坏,直接制约着该地区公路发展状况,公路发展状况又制约着经济的发展状况。在分析新疆公路基本管理体制及其效率的基础上,来找出完善新疆公路基本建设管理体制的途径。
The quality of the management system of the basic road construction has a direct constrain on its road development conditions, which in return produces a great effect on its economic situation. Analysis is made on the management system of the basic road construction in Xinjiang in order to find out a way out.
