阿胶预衬人工血管对内皮细胞粘附作用的影响

The Effect o f Vascular Prostheses Precoated with Colla Corii Asini the Adhesive Action of Endothelial Cells

用中药阿胶预衬人工血管后种植内皮细胞（ＥＣ）。结果显示：阿胶能明显提高ＥＣ在人工血管的粘附率，其中以１０％浓度阿胶效果最好，而且对ＥＣ的生长和形态均有良好影响。阿胶的作用与纤维结合素相近，优于明胶和白蛋白。主要成份蛋白质多为非糖链蛋白。

e used Colla Corii Asini(CCA)to precoat vascul ar prostheses, then the grafts were seeded withEndothelial cells(EC).The results showed:Colla Corii Asini could improve the adhesion rate of ECon the grafts significantly. The group with concentration of 10%had the best results,and had satisfac-tory effects on the growth and morphology of EC. As Compared with other precoating substances,theeffects of CCA were analogous to fibronectin,and suprior to geltin and albumin. The major componentsof CCA are nonglucoprotein which can inhibit the adhesion of platelet,thus reduce thrombosis.
