摘要
用二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(NaDDTC)为络合剂,将锰(Ⅱ)、铁(Ⅱ)和铜(Ⅱ)等离子转变为络合物,萃取分离后注入SpherisorbC18色谱柱,在研究了分离条件及消除干扰的基础上,采用甲醇:水:0.05mol/LNaDDTC:2.5%Na2SO4(70:30:0.05:0.25)为流动相,分离和测定施尔康片中微量元素锰、铁、铜的含量。
high-Performance liquid chromatography method has been developed for the quantitative deter-mination of Mn,Fe and Cu in Theragram-M。The complexes of Mn,Fe and Cu with NaDDTC weresuccessfolly separated using a r eversed-phase ODS colu mn(4mm × 2 50mm)and MeOH :H2O:0.005mol/L NaDDTC:2.5%Na2SO4(70: 30: 0.05:0.25)as mobile phase at a flow rate 1.5ml/min。Meta-DDTC complexes wrer detected at 505nm。 The mean recoveries of Mn,Fe and Cu were(96.8±2.44)%,(100.5±1.05)%and(98.2±1.41)%,respectively;The precisions of within-day and day-to-day of Mn,Fe and Cu were less than 3.34%,2.73%and 3.15%,respectively.
