摘要
介绍了钢渣桩的特点,并从化学反应、柱桩及排水作用、成孔挤密作用、置换作用以及加筋作用等方面论述了钢渣桩加固软土地基的机理。阐述了浙江某企业厂区软土地基采用钢渣桩处理的设计计算,从地基加固处理中的布桩形式、桩长、复合地基承载力估算等角度对加固措施进行了设计和验算,结果表明厂区软土地基经处理后承载力得到显著提高,地基沉降量明显减少,加固效果显著,完全能够满足厂房室内地基堆料要求。对采用钢渣桩加固软基的设计计算有一定的指导意义。
The characteristic of steel slag pile is introduced in this paper. The chemical reaction, stump pile and drain function, reinforcement function, replacement function and etc of steel slag pile in strengthening soft soil are introduced. The design calculation of steel slag pile in improving soft soil foundation of a factory in Zhejiang is also presented in this paper. Furthermore, a brief introduction is given to the calculation method and some meaningful conclusions. The work could be helpful to design calculation of reinforcing soft soil with the steel slag pile.
