摘要
马蔺种子有深度休眠的特性,当年播种出苗率极低,为探讨打破种子深度休眠措施,我们试用了浓硫酸脱皮、沙藏层积、拌雪埋藏等不同试验措施,试验结果表明:用拌雪埋藏技术措施效果最好,可使种子发芽率达到83%~87%,而对照仅为1%~3%,播种结果与发芽率试验结果一致,可以在生产中推广应用。
The seed of Iris hwtea Pall. vat. chinensis (Fiseh.)Kddz had the characteristics of being in deep dormancy. The germination rate was the lowest in the first year. The different measures including desquamation with oil of vitriol, stacked volume in sand bed, being buried with snow were tested. The results showed that the measure of buried with snow had the best effect. The germination rate could reach 83% -87%, but the contrast was only 1% -3%. The ending of sowing was accord with the ending of experiment of germination rate. It should be extended in the production.
