Distribution of Muscarinic Receptor of Different Affinities in Smooth Muscle of Human Nonpregnant Uterus

用放射配体结合实验的方法，发现人非妊娠子宫颈部平滑肌上存在两种高低不同亲和性的Ｍ受体亚型；子宫体部、底部平滑肌上只存在一种高亲和性的Ｍ受体亚型。

Muscarinic receptor of high and low affinities were found in the cervix smooth muscles of human nonpregnant uterus using radioligand binding method in vitro. However, there was only one kind of muscarinic receptor with high affinity in the body and fundus smooth muscles of human nonpregnant uterus.
