木麻黄不同种源抗旱性遗传变异的研究

摘要 对从世界各地引进的41个短枝木麻黄种源进行抗旱力的差异、气孔阻力的变化、叶解剖特征的差异、旱季生长率的变化、苗木主根生长与生物量的变异及木麻黄不同种源抗旱力的综合评价等研究,结果表明:木麻黄不同种源之间的抗旱能力存在较大差异,埃及、肯尼亚、马来西亚、中国福建、印度和贝宁等10个种源具有较强的抗旱性。 Forty-one Casuarina provenances were introduced from worldwide. Difference of drought-resistance capability, variation of stomatal resistance, difference of anatomical characteristic of leaves, variation of growth ratio of dry season, variation of growth and biomass of the main roots of seedlings, comprehensive appraisal of drought-resistance capability of different provenances were studied. The results showed that the dreught-resistance capability of different Casuarina provenances had significant differences. E12, Ell (from Egypt), E18, E15, E17 (fore Kenya),E24 (from Malaysia),E41 (from Fujian Province of China), E4 (from India), E37 (from Benin) and so on , totally 10 provenances had stronger drought-resistance.
