慢性肾衰患者外周血单个核细胞产生肿瘤坏死因子的观察

Study on Tumor Necrosis Factor Levels Secreted by Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cell from Chronic Renal Failure Patients

采用ＥＬＩＳＡ方法对２５例慢性肾功衰竭（Ｃｈｒｏｎｉｃｒｅｎａｌｆａｉｌｕｒｅ，ＣＲＦ）非透析治疗患者，６例健康对照者外周血单个核细胞（Ｐｅｒｉｐｈｅｒａｌｂｌｏｏｄｍｏｎｏｎｕｃｌｅａｒｃｅｌ，ＰＢＭＣ）产生肿瘤坏死因子（Ｔｕｍｏｒｎｅｃｒｏｓｉｓｆａｃｔｏｒ，ＴＮＦ）的水平进行了观察。结果：ＣＲＦ患者ＰＢＭＣ在有无细菌脂多糖（Ｌｉｐｉｄｐｏｌｙｓａｃｃｈａｒｉｄｅ，ＬＰＳ）刺激下均较正常对照组产生ＴＮＦ明显升高；氮质血症期、尿毒症期的ＣＲＦ患者ＰＢＭＣ分泌ＴＮＦ的水平无显著性差异。揭示ＣＲＦ患者ＰＢＭＣ处于激活状态并分泌ＴＮＦ。

We determined tumor necrosis factor (TNF) levels secreted by PBMC from 25 undialyzed chronic renal failure (CRF) patients and 6 healthy controls by ELISA method. The results showed that TNF levels secreted by PBMC patients were significantly higher than those of the control with or without LPS. There was no significant difference between uremic and azotemic patients in the secreting capabilities of TNF by PBMC. We conclude that PBMC of CRF patients might be activited to secrete TNF. [WT5”HZ〗
