白细胞介素－2对人红系早期祖细胞生长的调节作用

The Regulatory Role of Recombinant Interleukin 2 in the Proliferation of Early Erythroid Progenitor

应用微量甲基纤维素半固体培养红系早期祖细胞（ＢＦＵ－Ｅ）的方法，观察了白细胞介素－２（ＩＬ－２）和白细胞介素－２刺激人外周血单个核细胞的条件培养液（ＩＬ－２－ＭＮＣＣＭ）对１１例正常骨髓ＢＦＵ－Ｅ生长的调节作用。发现ＩＬ－２并不直接刺激ＢＦＵ－Ｅ增殖，而ＩＬ－２－ＭＮＣＣＭ对ＢＦＵ－Ｅ有增殖作用。提示体外ＩＬ－２对ＢＦＵ－Ｅ的增殖作用可能通过辅助细胞为媒介。

We observed the regulatory role of BFU E colony formation by IL 2 and IL 2 stimulated mononuclear cells conditioned medium (IL 2 MNCCM). We found that IL 2 MNCCM) stimulated BFU E colony formation and produced erythroid burst promoting activity. It suggested that IL 2 mediated indirectly the proliferation of early erythroid progenitor by auxiliary cells.
