摘要 目的:通过动物实验来评估动态增强MRA(DCEMRA)潜在的临床价值。材料与方法:选择6条狗同时行2DTOFMRA和DCEMRA检查,以DSA图像为黄金标准,比较两者对不同部位血管的显示满意率。结果:2DTOFMRA和DCEMRA的显示满意率,主动脉弓及弓上分支分别为22.2%和100%,颈、椎动脉分别为70%和75%,腹主动脉及肾动脉分别为66.7%和26.7%,髂、股动脉分别为83.3%和100%。利用配对计数资料χ2检验,主动脉弓及弓上分支两种方法显示满意率有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:通过本组动物实验研究,我们认为DCEMRA安全可靠,克服了常规MRA的一些缺点,特别适合于主动脉弓及弓上分支血管的检查,随着技术的改进,必将成为常规MRA技术的重要补充手段。 bjective: This experimental study using dynamic contrast enhanced MR angiography (DCE MRA) was to evaluate its potential clinical value.Materials and Methods: 2D TOF MRA and DCE MRA were performed at 1.5T MR scanner (GE Signa) in six anesthetic dogs with images of DSA as golden standard, to compare satisficity of vessels visuali zation at different regions. Results: The visual satisficity of 2D TOF MRA and DCE MRA were respectively 22.2% and 100% for aortic arch and its branches, 70% and 75% for carotid arteries and vertebral arteries, 66.7% and 26.7% for abdominal aorta and renal arteries, and 83.3% and 100% for iliac femoral artreries. The difference for aortic arch and its branches between two methods was significant [WT5”BX〗(P<0.01) with matched χ 2 test. Conclusion: DCE MRA is a safe and reliable method which could overcome some pitfalls of conventional MRA, especialy useful for aortic arch and its branches. With the technique improved, DCE MRA would be an important complementary method to convertional MRA.
