Cerebral Malformation due to Troubles of Neurotube Closure: X ray and CT Diagnosis

目的：明确大脑神经管闭锁畸形（ＭＣＮＴＣ）的常规Ｘ线和ＣＴ检查的各种表现特点。材料与方法：回顾性分析５０例ＭＣＮＴＣ的发生机理、常规Ｘ线和ＣＴ表现，其中胼胝体发育不良７例，透明隔畸形３５例，颅裂８例。结果：ＣＴ检查对本组畸形的显示明显优于常规Ｘ线检查。结论：对本组畸形的诊断，ＣＴ检查可以取代脑室造影和脑血管造影。

Objective: To identify the X ray and CT features of the cerebral malformations due to neurotube closure (MCNTC).Materials and Methods: 50 cases were studied retrospectively that include: 7 cases agenesis of the corpus callosum; 35 cases dysplasia of the septum pellucidum and 8 cases cranial bifidums.Results: CT examination was superior to coventional X ray in diagnosing MCNTC.Conclusion: CT scanning may take the place of ventriculography and cerebral angiography in diagnosing MCNTC, but the cranial plain radiography may be a guiding of diagnosing cranial bifidums.
