无铬多金属配合鞣剂鞣革性能的研究 被引量:3

Characterization of Free-chrome Compound Metal Tanning Agents

摘要 本文研究了系列无铬多金属配合鞣剂的鞣革性能。在预处理后,采用自主研制的系列无铬鞣剂对标准浸酸猪皮进行鞣制。然后,按照猪服装革的常规工艺加工至成品,检测理化性能,并进行质量鉴定。结果表明,在多种实验方案中,实验方案2—3B为最佳,适当的预处理有利于无铬多金属配合鞣剂鞣革。 A process of tanning pickling pig-skin using free-chrome compound metal tanning agents in order to putting freechrome tanning into practice was described. After pre-tanning, the standard picking pig-skin was tanned using series freechrome compound metal tanning agents made by myself. And then, the crust stock was processed to resultant leather according to the conventional process for the pigskin garment leather. Finally, the physical properties and quality of resultant leather was characterized and evaluated. The result showed that the process 2-3B was optimum process for tanning in various programs. Adequate pre-treat for the pickling pigskin was beneficial to tanning was discussed.
