地方新建本科院校化学创新型人才培养模式探索

Research on New-typed Talented Person Training mode of Chemistry in the Local Newly-established Undergraduate Course College

本文以高等教育人才培养模式改革为依托,以服务地方经济为目标,以促进地方新建本科院校教学质量的提高为出发点,进行适合我校化学专业实际情况的创新型人才培养模式研究,根据地方新建本科院校自身的办学条件和现状来解决我校化学专业人才培养过程中的一系列问题。

This paper, relying on the reform of talented person training mode in higher school, servicing local economy as the target, promoting teaching quantity in local newly-established undergraduate course college as the start, researching on New-typed talented person training mode of chemistry being carded on actual professional circumstance in our university, according to the present conditions of running-a-school and actuality in our local newly-established undergraduate course college will resolve a series of problems within the process of development in our university.
