以建村级示范图书室为抓手 积极服务社会主义新农村建设——宝鸡市图书馆建设石尧村图书室实践的启示

社会主义新农村建设需要广泛的社会力量参与,文化建设是新农村建设的重要内容之一。"十一五"规划纲要确定了公共财政配置的重点是为全体人民提供均等化的基本公共服务。宝鸡市图书馆通过探索农村图书室的建设得到启示:公共图书馆在服务新农村建设中,一是要抓好村级示范图书室建设,二是抓好农村外阅点布设,三是搞好农村图书管理人员的业务培训。与此同时,还要积极发展文化信息资源共享工程农村基层服务点,使公共图书馆的服务真正落到实处。
