越共十大以理论革新推进具有本国特色的社会主义发展道路

The 10th National Congress of Vietnamese Communist Party Pushes the Socialist Development Road with Vietnamese Characteristics through The oretical Renovation

越共十大对一些理论和政策作出修改,如下几点值得关注:一是政治体制改革提上议事日程,称之为“越南共产党领导模式革新”;二是,党章关于党的宗旨做出微调,维持民主概念的同时,关注独立性,强调非剥削性;三是对党的组织成分做出重大修改,容许党员参与私营经济活动的同时,修改“越南共产党是工人阶级先锋队”的传统提法;四,提出了“进一步完善社会主义方向的市场经济体制”的要求。

The 10th National Congress of Vietnamese Communist Party amended some theories and policies with the followings meriting attention： firstly, reform of political system was placed on the agenda, which was called ＂renovation of the leadership model of Vietnamese Communist Party＂; secondly, the tenet of the Party in the Party Constitution was finely adjusted to paying attention to independence and emphasizing the non-exploitation character while maintaining the notion of democracy; thirdly, major changes in the organizational dements of the Party, amending the traditional formulation that ＂the Vietnamese Communist Party is the vanguard of the working class＂ while allowing the party members to engage in private economic activities; fourthly, raising the reqnirement for further improving the system of market economy with socialist orientation.
