The T-shaped Anatomical Plate Fixation of Old Colles Factures Malformation

目的 探讨T形解剖钢板内固定治疗陈旧性Colles骨折畸形愈合的临床疗效。方法 采用AO小斜T形解剖钢板内固定治疗陈旧性colles骨折畸形愈合16侧。结果 经随访4-12个月，骨折全部愈合，内固定无松动，腕关节功能及外观好。结论 应用T形解剖钢板内固定是治疗陈旧性colles骨折畸形愈合患者较好的方法。

Objective To investigate the effects of the t-shaped anatomical plate fixation of old colles fractures malformarion.Methods Sixteen cases of old colles fractures malunion were treated with AO lean t-shaped anatomical plate fixation.All patients were followed up for 4 - 12 months,recovered with bony union,reliable fixation,excellent wrist function and outlood. Conclusion To use t-shaped anatomical plate fixation of old colles fractures malformation is a good therapic method.
