当代大学教师三大问题的若干思考

On the Three Problems Facing the Contemporary College Teaching Staff

教师在教育教学质量保障中具有特殊而不可替代的作用。在中国大学普遍受到公众质量问责的当代,教师问题愈彰显。其中,当代大学教师的文化孕育、学术责任与履行职责中的对象设计,这三个久被遗落的制约教师作用的内容,理应重拾为质量时代的中心话语。

Teaching staff plays an indispensably distinctive part in guaranteeing school education quality. Among all the questions in the contemporary college education arousing people＇ s doubt, the teaching staff is the most serious one. Culture development, academic responsibility and object design in performing duties are three factors that prohibit the teacher＇ s performance in maintaining university education quality. The three factors have been unfortunately long forgotten and now shall be reasonably picked up.
