摘要
分析了1987年以来我国高等教育助学贷款制度改革发展的五个阶段,分别论述了每个阶段的改革重点及其制约因素。总结了助学贷款制度的发展特征及存在的问题,提出了改进问题的政策建议。
This paper analyzes 5 phases of reformation and development of institution of loan for schooling in higher education since 1987, and respectively narrates reforming keys and restricting factors at every phase. It also summarizes the character of development and points out there are still problems of institution of loan for schooling. Some countermeasures to the problems are given.
