利用水泥回转窑处置表面处理废物的研究

Study on Disposal of Surface Processing Waste with Rotary Cement Kiln

宁波地区发达的电镀和不锈钢工业给当地环境带来了大量的表面处理废物,宁波舜江水泥公司采用水泥回转窑焚烧处置此类废物,本文从技术可行性、生产过程污染排放控制、产品安全性、经济效益等方面进行了分析评价,表明利用水泥回转窑焚烧表面处理废物是一种符合当地情况,安全有效的危险废物处置方法。

Advanced galvanization industry and stainless steel industry have brought amount of surface treatment waste to Ningbo area. Ningho Shunjiang Cement Company uses cement rotary kiln to incinerate the hazardous waste. The paper analyzes and evaluates this method in the light of technical feasibility,pollution emission control during production process,product safcty and economic benefit as well. The analysis shows that the cement rotary kiln incinerating surface treatment waste is a sate and effective hazardous waste disposal method which conforms to the local situation.
