从至数之和法在设备单行布置中的应用

Application of Sum of Diagramming Date in Equipment One Line Layout

针对设备单行布置从至表试验法存在的缺陷,提出了运用从至数之和法进行设备单行布置。该方法首先根据从至表中的从至数之和确定设备排序,原则是从至数之和大的居中,小的靠两边;然后再根据从至数的大小决定设备排在中心的左边或右边,用有限的几次试验就可获得近似最优解。该方法简便宜行、便于掌握。

This paper, focusing on the dcfects in the diagramming experiment algorithm in the equipment one line layout, puts forward the application of the sum of diagramming date in the layout. The method, easy to operate and master, decides upon the equipment arrangement according to the sum of diagramming date and its principle is that the bigger sum lays in the middle ,otherwise the smaller is in the two sides. And then it determines the equipment that is arranged on the right or left in line with thc size of diagramming date. Thus it can gain the most approximate answer.
