新建本科院校要以正确的科研观为指导大力推进“应用的学术”和“教学的学术”,突出科研的地域性和应用性特色,实现学校与社会的共同发展,全面提升教学水平和人才培养质量。
The newly- established universities must take vigorously promote “the application -oriented research” as guidance the correct view on scientific research, and “the teaching -oriented research”, emphasize the regional and application features, strive for the mutual development of university and society and improve altogether the teaching level and the talent training quality.
