高校网络心理健康教育模式的建构

Construction of Education Mode for Cyber Mental Well-being in Colleges and Universities

随着社会发展和网络时代的到来,传统的心理健康教育模式显然不能满足大学生日益增长的心理需求,充分利用网络优势,以网络为载体,进行网络心理健康教育,已成为当前高校心理健康教育的重要课题。本文对高校网络心理健康教育的必要性进行了全面分析,并在此基础上对高校网络心理健康教育模式的建构进行了积极探索。

Along with the development of the society and the advent of the cyber times, the traditional mode of the mental well - being education fails to meet the ever increasing psychological needs of the undergraduates. Therefore, it has now become an important subject of the present college mental well - being education to make the full use of cyber advantages and take the cybcr as the carrier to conduct such education. The present paper analyzes the necessity of such education in the colleges and universities and explores into the ways and means to construct such education mode.
