摘要
本文分析了教师职业倦怠的表现、成因,并提出了解决的办法和途径。职业倦怠是指人们在繁忙、紧张及单调重复的工作中由于受情感、压力、环境等内、外因素的影响而出现的一种身心不适、心理衰竭、情感封闭和身体处于亚健康状态的现象,目前,受此危害的人群正呈上升趋势,教师首当其冲。
The paper analyzes the representation and the cause of teachers'profession burnout, and brings forward the solutions and effective ways. Profession burnout refers to a phenomenon in which people are in a sub -healthy state ,feeling physically uncomfortable, psychologically crocked up and emotionally closed in under the influences of emotion, pressure and environment because of busy, tense, dull and repeated work. At present, the number of people that are affected is increasing, especially teachers.
