空军飞行员高脂血症影响因素的分析

The analysis of influencing factors on hyperlipidemia of air service pilot

目的了解空军飞行员高脂血症的发生现状及影响空军飞行员高脂血症的相关因素,为提出有针对性的预防措施提供依据。方法对入院保健疗养的417名男性飞行员采用问卷调查的方法收集其年龄、机种、职务等一般情况,以及饮食习惯和生活方式的资料;并对其进行体重、身高、清晨空腹血脂、血糖等的检查。结果本研究检出空军飞行员高脂血症的患病率是32.61%;据多因素Logistic回归分析得出,年龄、体重指数、饮酒是高脂血症的危险因素。结论应通过加强对可控危险因素的干预,从而有效降低空军飞行员高脂血症的患病率。

Objective To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of hyperlipemia in air service pilot and provide guidance of prevention. Methods 417 pilot were investigated. Age type of driving plane.sheriff Dom.life style.body weight, height and fasting blood lipid levels were measured. The factors related to hyperlipidemia were investigated through questionnaire. Results The prevalence of hyperlipemia in this group of air service pilot was 32.61%. The risk factors of hyperlipemia by multivariate analysis were age, body index, drinking. Conclusions Through the intervention of risk factors, prevalence of hyperlipemia in air service pilots is likely to be reduced.
