摘要
根据无机盐可以在生物细胞膜上沉积形成纳米结构材料的现象和生物矿化理论,以生物细胞为模板,矿化合成了S iO2纳米材料,探讨了采用不同种类细胞模板和硅营养矿化合成了S iO2纳米材料的可能性、规律性和结构特点。研究表明,S iO2生物纳米材料的排列方式和结构形成主要取决于模板,也与生物细胞吸收的硅营养形式有关。
According to the phenomena that inorganic salt may deposit on the biological cell membrane and the biomineralization theory, the SiO2 nanomaterials were synthesized by means of the templates of cell of biology. This paper explores the possibility and laws that SiO2 nanomaterials can be synthesized by different templates and Si nutrition and characteristics of the structure of SiO2 nanomaterials. By the experiment analysis and discussions, it is concluded that the arrangement way and the structure of the SiO2 nanomaterials not only depend on the template ; but also depend on the kind of Si nutrition.
