摘要
采用了碳还原法,制备了具有红外上转换功能的CaS:Eu,Sm样品。研究了灼烧时间对样品上转换发光强度的影响。样品的XRD表明,采用碳还原法制备的CaS:Eu,Sm样品为面心立方CaS结构;激发光谱显示样品可以用紫外和可见光来激发,具有可见光激发优势;样品的荧光光谱是峰值位于628nm的宽带谱和569nm的窄带谱。上转换发光位于624nm。
Infrared upconversion material CaS: Eu, Sm, was prepared by carbon reducing method (CRM). The influence of calcining time on upconversion luminescence intensity was studied. XRD result indicates the samples synthesized with CRM are with face - center cubic CaS structure. Excitation spectrum displays that the sample can be excitated by ultraviolet and visible light and has an advantage of excitation of visible light. Fluorescence spectrum is composed of a broad - band spectrum peaking at 628nm and a narrow - band spectrum peaking at 569nm. The peak of the up - conversion luminescence spectrum is at 624nm.
