摘要
基于总结国内外特高压输电线路电磁环境研究的结果,结合我国特高压输电线路初步设计的主要塔型和导线型号的电磁环境参数的计算分析,提出了1000kV级交流输电线路工频电场、工频磁场、无线电干扰和可听噪声等参数控制指标的建议,如工频电场限值为公众易接近地区或线路跨越公路处7kV/m、跨越农田10kV/m、邻近民房4kV/m,无线电干扰设计值55~58dB,可听噪声设计值控制〈55dB。
"Jing Cheng-Nan Yang-Jing Zhou 1000 kV AC pilot project" and "Huai Nan-Wu Hu-Shang Hai 1000 kV AC project" of SGCC are the major projects of UHV grid on the stocks in our country. Based on summarizing the abroad and domestic research results of electromagnetic environment for UHV power transmission line, and combined with the calculation and analysis of electromagnetic environment parameters for major tower and conductor type of preliminary design of UHV power transmission line in China, the suggestions for parameters indexes control of electromagnetic environment for 1000 kV power transmission line such as power frequency electric field, power frequency magnetic field, radio interference and audible noise were put forward. The limit of the electric field strength is determined as follows: 1) The limit for the area that people can be easily come to and the road that overhead line crossed is 7 kV/m; 2) The limit for the farm field that overhead line crossed is 10 kV/m; 3) The limit for the area near the domestic structure is 4 kV/m; 4) The designed value for the radio interference is 55-58 dB; 5) The designed value for the audible noise is 55 dB.
