摘要
研究了在HZSM-5分子筛催化下,五氧化二氮对甲苯的硝化反应。该方法通过改变硝化剂,不仅成功地避免了浓硫酸的使用,而且提高了原子经济性,具有良好的环境效益。实验考察了反应温度、反应时间,催化剂用量及Si/Al对反应结果的影响。研究表明,在最佳反应条件下,甲苯硝化反应得率达到42%,对位选择性为79%。
With HZSM-5 as catalyst nitration of toluene by N2O5 was investigated. By the use of the new nitrating agent, the use of concentrated sulfuric acid was avoided and the reaction was environmental friendly with high atom economy. Meanwhile, the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, amount of catalyst and the ratio of Si/Al of HZSM-5 on the nitration were investigated. Under optimum conditions, the yield of nitration of toluene was 42%, and para-selectivity was 79%.
