摘要 综述了用微孔膜作膜板,通过电化学沉积,化学聚合、溶胶-凝胶沉积等方法制备金属、半导体、导电聚合物纳米线的研究进展。对纳米线的电、光、磁性能,及其潜在的应用前景作了介绍。 An overview of the latest research progress of metal, semiconductor and conductive polymer nanowire materi.als synthesized with porous membrahe templates using electrochemical deposition, polymerization and sol-gel method is presented. The properties of nanowires including the unique electrical, optical and magnetic properties are introduced. In the mean time the prospects of future application is discussed.
