摘要
利用Psp ice电路仿真软件的编程功能以及单体光伏电池的等效电路对单体光伏电池、光伏组件进行建模和仿真,得出在不同遮挡率下单体光伏电池以及含有一个被遮挡单体光伏电池的光伏组件的伏安特性曲线.在此基础上进一步得到被遮挡单体光伏电池电压随光伏组件工作电压的变化曲线.利用仿真结果分析产生热斑现象的原理,分别提出实际使用中一个光伏组件发电系统和两个串联光伏组件发电系统热斑现象发生的可能性和条件,同时,给出光伏组件中一个旁路二极管并联单体光伏电池个数的最优数目.
By modeling and simulating the PV cell the PV equivalent circuit, the I - U characteristic and module with the programming function of Pspice and curves of a shaded single PV cell under different shading percentage and the PV module with one shaded cell were obtained. Further more, the voltage curve of shaded cell changing with PV module operation voltage has been gotten. Based on these simulation results, the principle of Hot Spot accruing, the possibility and condition of leading to Hot Spot in single module and double modules in series, were analyzed. An optimal number of cells one by - pass diode can. installed in parallel was figured out.
