摘要
以旱稻品种远FH 2_1(O.sativa)为母本,高粱(S.bicolor)品种沈农133为父本,进行属间远缘杂交,F1出现双亲没有的紫色芒子、紫色柱头新性状,F5出现紫色单株。对田间F2群体452株调查,芒色的分离比例白色∶有色(紫色-红色)为109∶343,该性状受来自父、母本2对互作基因隐性上位基因控制,χ2检验结果符合12∶4分离比例。但根据色泽由紫-红,表明色素性状除受主效基因控制外,尚有修饰基因存在。柱头颜色分离比例白色∶紫色为260∶192,χ2检验结果符合9∶7分离比例。柱头颜色无中间过渡色,只表现紫色和白色2种颜色,受来自父、母本2对互补基因控制。
A generic hybridization between upland rice and sorghum (Yuan FH 2-1 (O. sativa ) × Shennong 133 (S. bicolor))was done. Traits of both purpled awn and purpled stigma were appearance in F1 and purl)led plant was appearance in F5, respectively. These traits were not observed in both parents. Ratio of white awn to colored awn (purplered) was 109:343 in a population of 452 plants, suggested it was controlled by epistasis recessiveness in interaction of 2 pair of genes confirmed by X^2-test. There was some modified genes exist according the color varied from purple to red besides principal ones. Stigma color performed either purpled or white and no moderate ones recorded. Proportion of purple stigma to white stigma was 260 : 192. The ratio accorded with the genetic pattern of complementary effect of 2 pairs of genes.
