大久保桃实生树不同节位内源多胺含量的动态变化 被引量:2

摘要 用高效液相色谱法对2年生大久保桃自然实生树不同节位叶片、韧皮部中内源多胺含量的测定结果表明:随着实生树节位升高,桃叶片和韧皮部两种组织中的腐胺含量同步出现2次高峰,分别是46~50节和81~85节;叶片中亚精胺含量随节位升高而呈上升趋势,自46~50节起含量陡增;韧皮部中精胺含量随节位升高出现双峰曲线。在46~50节形成第1个拐点,之后在81~85节形成第2个拐点。说明46节和81节可能是桃实生树阶段转变的2个临界点。 Endogenous polyamine content in leaves and phloem of different nodes of 2-year-old open pollinated peach seedling trees (Prunus persica cv. Okubao) were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that putrescine (Put) content in the leaves and phloem had the two highest level simultaneously with the node position went up, the Put contents'peak were at node No. 41 - 45 and No. 81 - 85, and spermidine (Spd) in the leaf samples increased rapidly from the node No. 46 - 50, spermine (Spm) content of phloem took on double peak curve and the first peak appeared at node No. 46 - 50 and the second occurred at node No. 81 - 85. All these indicated that the node No. 46 and 81 could he the critical points of phrase change of peach seedling trees.
