摘要
以哈尔滨市为例,采用遥感和地理信息系统相结合的方法来评价城市绿地信息.使用航空像片提取城市绿地相关信息,结合评价模型,进行局域绿地评价;使用卫星图像,经过密度分割、多光谱合成、温度反演等过程,获得哈尔滨市地表辐射温度专题图和绿地分布专题图等,用于区域绿地评价;使用组件式开发方式构建了本系统.本系统模拟和表达了城市绿地系统的空间分布与结构、城市热力场空间格局、绿地系统与热岛效应的空间关系,为城市绿色生态体系建设和规划决策提供所必要的信息.
This article takes Harbin as an example, researches the method of using the integrated technique of RS and GIS to appraise the city greeland. With aviation pictures, we can withdraw the city greenland related inslicing, multi -spectra synthesis, temperature retrieval process and so on., we can obtain the thematic image of heat radiation, greenland distribution, and so on, then carry on regional greenland evaluation; use component method to develop the system. Thus we can simulate and express the spatial distribution, structure of urban greenland system, urban thermodynamic spatial pattern, the spatial relations of greenland system and heat island effect, then provide the essential information for the urban green ecology system.
