不同矮化中间砧对红富士苹果枝条解剖结构的影响

Effects of Different Kinds of Interstock on the Anatomical Construction of Apple Branches (Red.Red Fuji)

采用番红-固绿染色法并结合使用显微镜和游标卡尺,分别对8种不同中间砧的红富士苹果枝条解剖结构进行了研究,结果表明:亲缘关系较近的品系,髓部面积与树体的生长势呈正相关。

Through the studies on the anatomical configuration of eight different interstocks apple （Red Fuji ） branches using microscope and vernier caliper, we can show that the pith proportion was positive correlative with the growth potential of apple tree if they have close kin.
