“瓷都”之争多方面、多角度地引发人们的重视和思考。城市的美称和别称能否由某个行业协会随意命名和改变?城市的无形资产保护不容忽视,城市品牌打造中的不正当竞争行为急需制止。作为城市无形资产中的核心权利———原产地名称的保护还需加大宣传和保护力度。2005年4月15日发布的《国家质量监督检验检疫总局公告2005年第63号———景德镇瓷器原产地域产品保护公告》界定了景德镇陶瓷原产地域产品的范围:青花瓷、玲珑瓷、粉彩瓷、高温颜色釉和新彩瓷五大名瓷,这无疑让景德镇陶瓷原产地名称的法律保护如虎添翼。

The controversy over 'porcelain capital attracts people's attention and sets them thinking will it do some trade association gives a good name or another name to city or change the name freely? We cant's ignore the production of a city's intangible asset.we must stop any inappropriate competition for shaping a city' strain.As the right of a city's intangible asset——the name of origin,should be propagated and protected.The NO.63 Proclamation in 2005-'the Production proclamation of Jingdezhen Porcelain,the Products from Origin',which was issued by the Chief Bureau of Quality Supervision On April 15,2005,limited the bounds of origin of Jingdezhen porcelain: white and blue,white and blue with rice decoration,porcelain of famille rose,glaze with color in high temperature and new porcelain with color.It is certain that it will strengthen the legal protection of Jingdezhen porcelain from origin.
