摘要
文章对能够造成硬岩隧道掘进机(TBM)在掘进中调向失控、刀盘不能启动、刀盘突然停转以及护盾不能正常工作等多种机械故障的原因进行了分析,并提出了切实可行的解决方案,对日后同类型TBM的施工有参考作用。
The paper analyzes the breakdowns of TBMs in boring through hard rocks such as： orientation out of control ; unable to start the cutterhead ; sudden stop of the cutterhead and the shield of a TBM not in normal working condition etc.,presents adaptable treatment options which can be reffered to by similar TBM projects.
