摘要 水下航行体球面艏端隔壁结构在工程焊接过程中产生的焊接变形是关系到水下航行体安全的重要因素之一.为了保证焊接构件的可靠性,准确推断水下航行体球面艏端隔壁构件焊接过程中的变形特征,有必要针对厚壁球冠结构的焊接变形进行数值实验分析.基于ANSYS软件编写了焊接计算程序,采用该程序对平板结构的焊接过程进行模拟,并将数值实验结果和物理实验结果进行了对比.在此基础上提出了适用于厚壁结构焊接变形预测的固有应变弹塑性有限元方法,并采用该方法对水下航行体球面艏端隔壁结构的焊接工艺进行分析,得到了不同焊接工艺时球面艏端隔壁结构的焊接变形,通过多种焊接工艺的对比分析,在数值分析范围内,找到了水下航行体球面艏端隔壁结构的最佳焊接工艺. The welding deformation during the welding procedure of spherical stem bulkhead is an important factor on submarine's safety. In order to guarantee the reliability of welding components and deduce the deformation characteristics of spherical stem-bulkhead accurately during the welding procedure, it is necessary to carry out through the numerical experiment analysis of thick spherical structure. In this paper, the welding calculating program using APDL language based on ANSYS is compiled and the welding procedure of plane plate structure is simulated using this program. The results of numerical and physical experiments are compared. Moreover, an elastic-plastic finite element method for predicting welding deformation of thick structure is developed based on inherent strain. The welding technique is analyzed by this method and the welding deformation at different cases is received. The optimal welding technique is also found out through comparison analysis of various welding techniques in the scope of numerical analysis.
