To help construction enterprises to prevent market risk, according to the previous work experience as a barrister, the author sums up the legal argument in several hundreds of court cases. Based on the characteristics which the formation of building products need long cycle, more link and risk, the paper expound how to prevent the contract risk from the two aspects of contract signing and contract performing. It was emphasized to set up the idea of ＂prevent in advance, control in the event, and handle after the event＂. Simultaneously, The paper pay attention to develop the positive effects of law risk prevention mechanism and risk prevention network, and put forward concrete methods for realizing the objective which has maneuverability and practicality.
